N87: Acute, Constitutional and First Aid Remedies, and the Antidoting Principle

Acute remedies and constitutional remedies refer to homeopathic states of acute and chronic disease respectively.   First Aid is really a remedy that can be used like first aid allopathic remedies where the state can be used as a first aid before a consult is needed, this would be in cases where the patient needs a quick fix before a decent totality of symptoms can be taken to choose a good remedy.  If you have strep throat you would need an acute case-taking to determine the right acute remedy because a right sided sore-throat remedy, and a left sided sore throat would not work for the other.  A first aid remedy for a hangover, for a sudden intense fear of death would be easy first aids that would work and give you time if you needed a deeper one.  So antidoting a remedy has many meanings and homeopathic antidote is not the same as allopathic antidotes, so we look at all of these in this episode.
